How can I trust you with payment ?

We have been dealing in imported cycles and delivering them all over India since 2017. We have delivered more than 3000+ orders to customers all over India. You can also ask for a walk-around video call of our showroom and delivery warehouse to give you the trust you need.

What is and Where to find Semi-COD ?

To ensure safe & confirm delivery for this parcel for which the courier charges are around Rs 1400/- to Rs 2000/- (free home delivery for customers), we have to make sure that the placed order is true and not spoof and in the knowledge of elders or guardians of underage children. To achieve this and to also avoid unnecessary courier returns, a small amount of the Product price is to be paid in advance, the remaining can be paid at the time of Delivery in cash. You can find Semi-COD payment option in the product page just above the description. The pre-payment amount of Semi-COD is also mentioned there.

What is and Where to find EMI ?

EMI will be done with credit cards, selected debit cards and UPI links for Bajaj Finserv accounts (Bajaj cards not supported). You can check it with the payment link for EMI just above the product description. Enter your credit card details and check the tenure and interest rates. It differs from bank to bank and user to user.

How does parts replacement work ?

All our products are delivered in safe packages and thorough checking, still, if you find any manufacturing defects or damages while in transit, please make sure to make an unboxing video of the same. We will share the replacement parts according to that video.

Can I return the product ?

All our products are non-returnable. However, for any issues with the products, our mechanical staff team will always help you with parts replacement and settings issues. Since we do not deal in used products, we cannot accept return.

When will I receive the delivery after Order ?

After placing the order successfully, our products go through a 6 step quality check, this process takes around 24-48 working hours. After that, depending on your location from our nearest warehouse, the delivery time is estimated from 2-3 working days to 8-10 working days (depending on your delivery location)

We provide free shipping all over India for all our website and Instagram orders.
Free shipping includes delivery till your door-step in minimum possible time.

Our shipping timings depend on your delivery pincode and location.
For metro locations like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Indore & other closeby locations, delivery is done within 2-3 working days.
For City locations in Gujarat delivery time will be 2-3 working days.
Furthermore, for all other locations delivery time will be 5-6 working days as standard
For more difficult and mountain regions delivery charges might be additional along with higher delivery times.

Please note, all these are speculated timings for delivery, depending on situation, despatch and stock availability you can count 1-2 days +/- in these time lines.

You will receive a valid tracking ID to track online 24\7 on courier websites.
